He's here!!

Declan James Johnson arrived at 8:46pm on 10/29 after 13 hours of labor and 2 longggg hours of pushing. Thankfully mom had lots of help from Carol and our friends Molly and Katharyne. We're not sure she could have done it without everyone!

He weighed 8lb 5 oz and was 21.25 inches long, so quite a bit of baby! Mom and he are doing great and we've made it through our first night as parents. We'll post more pictures later this week.

Labor Has Started

We checked in the hospital last night, got a good nights sleep and we started the patoesin (SP) this morning around 7:30am and she started to dialate and broke her water around 9 am. Things progressing, Andrea is feeling contractions but not in too much pain yet. I will post updates throughout the day

Boo - It's a Baby Shower

Our good friends in Atlanta threw us a Halloween themed shower last weekend. It was a great time with TONS of good food, fun decorations and of course costumes!
